Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Penicillin (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1969.

Short title.

Amendment of

Z The long title of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "penicillin and certain other substances" and substituting long title. therefor the following-

"certain aruibiotic substances”,

3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "Penicillin Ordinance" and substituting therefor the following-
