An Ordinance to amend further the Prisons Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prisons (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1969.

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

Section 12 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "required" the following-

"by a court, tribunal or other body performing judicial functions or".

Short title.

Repeal of section 5. (Cap. 214)

Amendment of section 12.
