An Ordinance to amend further the Buildings Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1968.

Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (@) in subsection (1), by inserting the words "and thereafter removed" after the word "necessary" where it last occurs therein:
(b) in subsection (4), by deleting "the erection or mainte- nance of the shoring" in each place where those words occur and substituting the following-
"the erection, maintenance or dismantling of the shoring":
