(e) in subsection (11), by deleting "Governor in Council"
and substituting therefor the following-
“Governor or Governor in Council, as the case may be,":
(A) in subsection (12), by~
4.
(1) deleting "Governor in Council" and substituting therefor the following-
"Governor or Governor in Council, as the case may be,"
(ii) deleting "subsection (1)′′ and substituting therefor the following-
"subsection (2)".
Section 39 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (3) by deleting "Clerk of Councils" and substituting there- for the following—
"Colonial Secretary".

PART I
SHORT TITLE AND INTERPRETATION.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Short title and Ordinance 1968, and shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazelle.
Commencement.
2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise Interpretation. requires-
"approved" means approved by the Director for the purposes of
this Ordinance;
