Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug Addiction Treatmeal Centres Ordinance 1968, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires Interpretation. "addiction treatment centre" means any place or building
appointed by the Governor under section 3:
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Prisons: "dangerous drug" has the meaning that it has for the purposes
of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance:
