Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Holidays (Amend- Short title.

ment) Ordinance 1968.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f) and substitut

ing therefor the following-

{(c) Lunar New Year's Day:

(d) the second day of Lunar New Year;

(e) the third day of Lunar New Year;

( in a year in which Lunar New Year's Day or the second day of Lunar New Year or the third day of the Lunar New Year is a Sunday, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year:"; and

(b) by deleting "Day" from paragraph (p).
