An Ordinance to amend the Charities (Land Acquisition)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Charities (Land Acquisition) (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- graph (c) of the definition of "charity" by-
(a) inserting after "body of persons" the following--
"or charity within the meaning of the Registered Trustees Incorporation Ordinance"; and
(b) deleting "under the Registered Trustees Incorporation Ordinance" and substituting therefor the following-
"thereunder".
