An Ordinance to amend the Registered Trustees Incorporation

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Registered Trustees Incorporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.

1. The Long Title to the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "persons" a comma and the following-

"and of trustees of charities".

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by being (cuumbered as subsection (1) thereof; and

(b) in the definition of "body of persons". by-

(i) deleting the comma after "Ordinance" in paragraph (6) and substituting therefor a semicolon; and
