An Ordinance to amend further the Legal Aid Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1968 and shall come into operation on a day to
be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
Short title and COMMENCEment.
2. Section 19 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of inserting after subsection (1), the following-
"(IA) (4) Where a court makes an order for costs in favour of an aided person, there also shall be pay- able by the person against whom the order for costs is made the court fees and other fees and charges which, but for paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (3) of section 14, would have been payable by the aided person.
