An Ordinance to amend further the Exchange Fund Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Exchange Fund Skort tide.

(Amendment) Ordinance 1968.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso to subsection (2) by deleting "thirty" and substituting-

section 8.

"the aggregate of the face value of the certificates of indebted- ness for the time being outstanding and may for such purpose realize any of the assets of the Fund.”

and substituting the following-

"the total of—

(a) the aggregate of the borrowings made under section

3 and for the time being outstanding; and
