An Ordinance to amend further the Legal Practitioners Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by being renumbered as subsection (1) thereof;

(6) by deleting the definition of "accountant's certificate" and

substituting therefor the following-

*"*accountant's report" means a report delivered in

accordance with the provisions of section 8:”": (c) by inserting after the definition of "Disciplinary Com-

mittee" the following-

*"employee" includes a former employee"; and

Short title.
