as the corporation shall from time to time appoint and such signing shall be taken as sufficient evidence of the due sealing of such deeds, documents and other instruments.

11. Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect or be deemed to affect the rights of Her Majesty the Queen, Her Heirs or Succes- sors, or the rights of any body politic or corporate or of any other person except such as are mentioned in this Ordinance and those claiming by, from or under them.

An Ordinance to amend further the Resettlement Ordinance.

[24th May, 1968]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.

2. Section 51 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1)—–—

(a) by inserting the following after paragraph (g)-

"(gg) the fees to be paid for the occupation of land in resettlement estates, resettlement factory areas and cottage resettlement areas authorized by permit under section $2A:"; and

(b) by inserting the following after paragraph (1)—

"(i) the sum to be paid by tenants occupying premises to which an electricity supply has been connected:".
