Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the University (Amend. Short title. ment) Ordinance 1968.

Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by in- serting the following after "University”—–

Amendment of section 1. (Can. 1953.7

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

Amendment of

(a) by inserting the following new definition after the defini-

tion of "Chancellor"

***Pro-Chancellor" means the Pro-Chancellor of the
