An Ordinance to amend various laws conferring powers on justices

of the peace.

[15th March. 1968.] Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Justices of the Peace (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 1968.

2. The enactments specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended to the extent and in the manner set out in the second column of the Schedule.
