Will Government consider the introduction of a requirement for contributions from legally aided persons in criminal cases as has been done in England ?

To what extent is the Government responsible for the activities

of the Society for the Blind, and such other similar voluntary organisations which are subvented by Government, and what has been the cause of the recent complaints from the workers of that Society's factory?
