Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 16 of the Companies (Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance, Chapter 312, on the 18th day of December 1968.

Resolved, pursuant to section 16 of the Companies (Preven- tion of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance, Chapter 312, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January 1969.
