EMERGENCY (PRINCIPAL) REGULATIONS (COMMENCEMENT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 137 of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations, the Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Emergency (Principal) Citation.

Regulations (Commencement) (Amendment) Order 1968.

2. The Schedule to the Emergency (Principal) Regulations (Commencement) Order 1967 is amended by deleting therefrom the following-

**88 Trials may be in camera.".
