FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (DESIGNATED COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967, (as modified and adapted by the Fugitive Offenders (Hong Kong) Order 1967) the Governor, with the approval of the Secretary of State, has made the following

order-

1. This order may be cited as the Fugitive Offenders (Designated Commonwealth Countries) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1968.

The Schedule to the principal order is amended by insert- ing after “Singapore" the following-

Citation.

Amendment of Schedule, (T.N. 11/68.)

"Swazilaod".
