(Chapter 138).

POISONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amend- ment) Regulations 1968.

2. The First List to the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following at the end-

"Methyl phenidate; its salts”.

The Third List to the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following at the end-

"Methyl phenidate; its salts".

Made by the Pharmacy Board on the 8th day of July 1968.
