BOILERS AND PRESSURE RECEIVERS

(EXEMPTION) ORDER 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bailers and Pressure Receivers Ordinance, I, Robert Marshall HETHERINGTON, the Registrar of Boilers and Pressure Receivers, have made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Boilers and Pressure Receivers (Exemption) Order 1968.

2. All oil-fired steam cleaning machines of the type known as Model KSC 590/1 manufactured by Kismet Limited, Bedford, England are exempted from the provisions of the Ordinence, subject to these machines being maintained in an efficient condition at all times.
