STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) ORDER 1968.

In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following order-

ORDER.

1. This order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- tion) Order 1968.

2. The bank specified in the Schedule to this order is hereby authorized to compound for the payment of duty on unstamped cheques subject to the conditions stated io paragraphs (4), (b) and (c) of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance.

Citation.
