DUTIABLE COMMODITIES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 109),

RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 26th day of June 1968.

Resolved, in exercise of the power conferred by section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, as follows-

That the Resolutions of the Legislative Council, pub- lished as Legal Notice No. 19 of 1966 in the Gazette of 11th March 1966, and Legal Notice No. 106 of 1967 in the Gazette of 14th July 1967, which imposed duties on tobacco be revoked with effect from 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 26th day of June 1968, and that there- after duty shall be payable on tobacco at the following rates per pound-

4. -on UNMANUFACTURED TOBACCO-

(1) Tobacco of Malawi origin

(2) Other tobacco

B-on MANUFACTURED TOBACCO-

(1) Cigars-
