SLAUGHTER-HOUSES (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1968.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Slaughter-bouses (Amendment) By-laws 1968 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Abattoirs By-laws 1968.
2. By-law 2 of the principal by-laws is cancelled and re- placed by the following-
"2. These by-laws apply to slaughter-houses in the urban area other than abattoirs specified in the First Schedule to the Abattoirs By-laws 1968.",
Made by the Urban Council this 7th day of May 1968.

The purpose of these by-laws is to exclude from the operation of the Slaughter-bouses By-laws the abattoirs specified in the First Schedule to the Abattoirs By-lawa 1968.
