(2) Any such delivery shall be made within a reasonable time after the animal is slaughtered.
(3) The manager of an abattoir shall not be obliged to arrange a delivery under paragraph (1)—
(4) from Hong Kong Island to any place in Kowloon or the
New Territories:
(b) from Kowloon or the New Territories to Hong Kong
Island;
(c) to any place in the New Territories except such places in the towns of Kwai Chung and Tsuen Wan as the Council may determine;
(d) to any place to which there is no road access; or (e) to any place outside the Colony.
32 (1) If the owner of any carcase or offal so requests, the manager of an abattoir may arrange a special delivery of the carcase or the offal from the abattoir to the premises of the owner.
(2) The owner shall be liable to pay to the Government a fee for the special delivery calculated in accordance with the scale prescribed in the Second Schedule.
33. (1) The manager of an abattoir may authorize, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, the collection of any carcase or offal from the abattoir by private transport.
(2) The manager shall not authorize a collection by private transport under paragraph (1)—
(a) at any hour that will cause bindrance to the operation
of the sbattoir: or
(b) if in his opinion the vehicle by which the carcase or offal is to be removed is not of suitable construction and in a clean and satisfactory condition.
(3) Any person who-
(a) removes a carcase or offal by private transport from an abattoir without the authority of the manager under paragraph (1), or
(6) having obtained such authority fails to comply with the conditions, if any, to which the authorization is subject,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one month,

MAINTENANCE OF ORDER
34. (1) No person shall without lawful authority enter or remain in an abattoir.
(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one month.
35. (1) An authorized officer may refuse to permit a person to enter an abattoir if it appears to him that such person does not have good cause for entry.
(2) Any person who, having been refused permission to enter an abattoir under paragraph (1), enters the abattoir shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one month,
36. (1) If it appears to an authorized officer that a person does not have good cause for being in an abattoir, he may order such person to leave the abattoir forthwith.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with an order under paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one month.
37. (1) The manager of an abattoir may cause to be erected in the abattoir such signs and notices as are in his opinion neces- sary for the proper control of traffic in the abattoir.
(2) An authorized officer may give to any person appearing to him to be in charge of a vehicle in an abattoir such directions as are in his opinion necessary for the proper control of the move- ment or parking of the vehicle in the abattoir.
(3) Any person who, being the driver or person having the charge of a vehicle in an abattoir, fails to comply with......
(e) a sign or notice erected under paragraph (1), or (6) a direction given to him under paragraph (2). shall be guilty of an offence.
38. (1) The manager of an abattoir may by order in writing probibit smoking or the use of any naked flame or light in any part of the abattoir.
(2) A copy of an order under paragraph (3) shall be posted in a conspicuous place outside the part of the abattoir to which it relates.
