Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 36 of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance on the 1st day of May 1968.

Resolved, pursuant to section 36 of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, that the Tenancy Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1968, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 9th day of April 1968 under section 36 of that Ordin- ance, be approved.
