MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (FEES) ORDER 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Coroners Ordinance 1967, the Governor has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Citation. (Fees) Order 1967.
2. The following fees shall be payable to any medical practi- tioner, not being a public officer, who has made a post-mortem examination pursuant to an order of a coroner under section S or section 6 of the Coroners Ordinance 1967, or who has, pursuant to a summons, attended an inquiry as a medical witness-
(a) for a post-mortem examination
(b) for attendance to give evidence
