respect of such vehicle, he may remove such vehicle if he satisfies a car park attendant that a ticket was issued to him or that be is authorized to remove such vehicle by the person to whom a ticket was issued, and he pays the fee for a replacement ticket calculated in the following manner-

(a) if the registration mark of such vehicle does not appear in the register at the commencement of such period, it shall be deemed that such vehicle has remained in the car park since the commencement of such period; or (b) if the registration mark of such vehicle appears in the register at the commencement of such period, but not in the register at the commencement of the period imme- diately preceding such period, it shall be deemed that such vehicle has remained in the car park since the com- mencement of the period immediately preceding such period; or

(c) if the registration mark of such vehicle appears in the register at the commencement of such period and of one

or more periods immediately preceding such period, it shall be deemed that such vehicle has remained in the car park since the commencement of the period imme- diately prior to the first of such preceding periods.

PART V.

SPECIAL CAR PARES.

19. (1) Ou payment of the appropriate fee prescribed in the Second Schedule, the Director may issue to any tenant of premises in the airport or his employee a monthly pass or a quarterly pass in such form as the Director may determine.

(2) On payment of the appropriate fee prescribed in the Second Schedule, the Director may issue to any hotel or travel agent a monthly pass for an omnibus, or a monthly pess for å car, in such form as the Director may determine,

(3) A monthly pass shall expire on the last day of the month in respect of which it is issued.

(4) A quarterly pass shall expire on the last day of the last month of the quarter in respect of which it is issued.

20. (1) A monthly pass or a quarterly pass shall entitle the driver of the motor vehicle described in the monthly pass of quarterly pass to park that vehicle at any time during the currency of the monthly pass or quarterly pass in such car park as is set forth in the monthly pass or quarterly pass if space is available in such car park for the due parking of the vehicle.

(2) The driver of a vehicle in respect of which a pass has been issued shall cause to be displayed on the left-hand side of the windscreen of the vehicle the monthly pass or quarterly pass at all times when the motor vehicle is in a car park by virtue of such monthly pass or quarterly pass.

(3) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars.

21. If a monthly pass or a quarterly pass has been lost. destroyed or accidentally defaced, the Director may, on applica- tion and on payment of a fee of two dollars, issue a duplicate monthly pass or quarterly pass, as the case may be.

22. The Director may, on application and on payment of a fee of two dollars, amend a monthly pass or a quamerly pass to coable it to be issued in respect of the vehicle specified in the application instead of the vehicle specified in such pass.

23. (1) No person sball park any vehicle or cause or permit Offences. any vehicle to be parked or remain in a car park designated for the use of tenants of premises in the airport and their employees or a car park designated for the use of hotels and travel agents unless there is displayed on the vehicle a valid monthly pass or quarterly pass issued in respect of such vehicle for the car park in which the vehicle is parked.

(2) In the event of a contravention of any of the provisions of this regulation the owner of the vehicle shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable ou conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars.

PART VI.

CONDUCT IN CAR PARKS.

24. (1) The driver of a vehicle in a car park shall comply with all lawful directions given to him by any car park attendant or authorized person.

(2) When a vehicle has been parked in a car park, the driver and all passengers shall leave the car park as soon as is practicable thereafter by such means of exit from the car park as is indicated by signs erected under regulation 9.

(3) The driver of a vehicle in a car park shall, when so requested, give his name and address to any car park attendant or authorized person.

(4) No person shall sound a warning instrument in a car park,
