CHEUNG CHAU PUBLIC CEMETERY (GRAVES

REMOVAL) ORDER 1967.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 119 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Cheung Chau Public Cemetery (Graves Removal) Order 1967.

2. The Director of Urban Services shall cause all human remains in the following graves in the Coffin Section of the Cheung Chau Public Cemetery to be removed and thereafter disposed of in such decent manner as the Governor in Council-way direct

All graves with years of buriat 1958, 1959,–19607
