GENERAL PERMISSION OF GOVERNOR.
It is hereby notified that, for the purposes of regulations 1. IA, 1B, IC and 2 of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, the Governor has granted permission for the doing of anything which may be necessary for the purposes of or in connexion with any lawful commercial transaction arising in the ordinary course of the trade or business carried on by any person, being a transaction between persons one of whom is resident or carries on trade or business in Hong Kong.
