day of 19 to be examined upon oath (or declaration) touching the mears he had then or had since the date of the order to satisfy the sum then due and payable in pursuance of the said order, and to show cause why he should not be committed to prisom for such default; and at the hearing of the said summons the defendant (or plaintiff) appeared for the summont was proved to have been duly served), and is has now been proved that the defendant (or plaintiff) now has (or has had since the date of the said order) the means to pay the sum then duc and payable in pursuance of the said order, and has refused (or neglected, or then refused or neglected) in pay the same, and the defendant for plaintiff) has shown no cause why he should not be committed to prison:
