MATRIMONIAL CAUSES (FEES) RULES 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Matrimonial Causes Ordinance 1967. L, Michael Joseph HOGAN, Chief Justice, have made the following rules-
1. These rules may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes (Fees) Rules 1967.
2. The feas specified in the Schedule shall be payable in all proceedings taken under the Ordinance:
Provided that where no provision is made by these rules for any matter for which provision is made by the Supreme Court Fees Rules, the fees prescribed by the latter rules shall apply in relation to such matter in proceedings under the Ordinance.
3. The fees shall be payable either by means of adhesive stamps or in money, in which case the relevant documents shall be franked with the amount of the fees paid.
4. For the purposes of these rules a folio shall be deemed to consist of seventy-two words, each figure being counted as a word.
5. Rule 66 of the Divorce Rules and the Second Schedule to those rules are revoked.
