An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations) (Amendment) Ordinance 1967 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting paragraphs (A) and (7) and substituting the following-

"(4) the designation by the Director of car parks for the use

of vehicles of any description or any particular type or class or for the use of persons of any particular class;

(f) the fees payable for the use of car parks: ()) the control of the use of car parks:

Short title

and cam- mencement.
