An Ordinance to amend the Revised Edition of the Laws

Ordinance 1965.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.

Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substitut-

ing the following-

"(a) cause to be prepared and published in the form

of a separate booklet-

(i) a new revised edition of any Ordinance that has been amended during the period of twelve months ending on the preceding thirty- first day of December; or

(i) where it appears to him to be convenient and appropriate so to do, a new revised edition
