As Ordinance to amend further the Dangerous Goods Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.
2 The principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) of section 12 by inserting the following after "explosives officer".
"and any other officer of the Mines Department, not below the rank of explosives inspector, authorized in writing by the Commissioner of Mines".
