An Ordinance to amend the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legistative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Unclaimed Balances (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by inserting the following in subsection (1) after "Supreme
Court"
"or the District Court"; and
(b) by deleting subsections (3) and (4).
