Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1 This Ordinance may be cited as the Essential Services Corps (Amendment) Ordinance 1967, and shall come into opera- tion on the 1st day of April 1967.

1. Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)-

(a) by deleting "pay" from paragraph (d); and

(6) by deleting "actual" from paragraph (f) and substituting

therefor the following-

“active”.
