An Ordinance to amend the Stamp Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1967.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 12, the following new section-
"Certificate
12A. Whenever a reference is made in subhead with respect (1) of head 19 of the Schedule to a conveyance on sale
to certain
conveyances
On sale of Lod. CL 6 & 7
Elz. 1, c. 56,
IL 3445.
being certified at a particular amount such reference means that such conveyance on sale contains a state- ment certifying that the transaction effected by the instrument does not form part of a larger transaction
