Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

PRELIMINARY,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes Short title. Ordinance 1967,

1. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires---- "adopted", except in subsection (2) of section 35, means adopted in 1965, c. 72, pursuance of an adoption order made under any enactment in a. 45(2). force in Hong Kong at any time relating to the adoption of children or any corresponding imperial enactment;
