Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Lion Rock Tunnel Ordinance 1967.

2 (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires

Short title.

Interpretation.

"Authority" means the Commissioner for Transport; "authorized officer" means any public officer authorized by the

Authority under section 7;

"dangerous goods" means any goods or substances to which the Dangerous Goods Ordinance applies by virtue of section 3 thereof;
