(2) If on the trial of an indictment for murder or manslaughter it is proved that the accused aided, abetted, counselled or procured the suicide of the person ja question, the jury may find bim guilty of the offence so proved.
(3) No proceedings shall be instituted for an offence under this section except with the consent of the Attorney General".
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 29th day of November, 1967, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

An Ordinance to amend further the Widows and Orphans Pension
Ordinance.
[1st December, 1967.]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Pension (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1967.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting the definition of "child" and substituting the
following-
"child" means-
(a) a child of an officer by his wife, born after
marriage:
