An Ordinance to amend the Diplomatic Privileges Ordinance.

[3rd November. 1967.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Diplomatic Privileges Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by feleling subsections (2) and (3) and substituting therefor the following new subsection—–

*(2) Where any question arises whether or not any person is entitled to any privilege or immunity conferred on any person by a notification under subsection (1), à certificate issued by the Colonial Secretary stating any fact relating to the question shall be conclusive evidence of the fact."
