An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Hop Yat Church

of The Church of Christ in China,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Hop Yat Church of The Short dete. Church of Christ in China Incorporation Ordinance 1967.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "Constitution” means the constitution of the Hop Yat Church approved from time to time by its members in accordance with the constitu- tion for the time being in force;

"Council of a Unit Church" means the Council for the time being of a

Unit Church of the Corporation;
