An Ordinance to amend the Deaths Registration (Special Registers)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Deaths Registration (Special Registers) (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.
2. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following-
*(2) The Governor may by order published in the Gazette provide for-
(a) the amendment of the Schedules; and
(b) the due carrying out of the Ordinance.".
