Au Ordinance vo amend the Essential Services Corps Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Essential Services Corps (Amendment) Ordinance 1967, and shall come into opera- tion on the 1st day of April 1967.

1. Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)-

(4) by deleting "pay" from paragraph (d); and

(6) by deleting "actual" from paragraph (f) and substituting

therefor the following-

"active".
