An Ordinance to amend the Legal Aid Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1967.

2. Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2) by deleting "fourteen" and substituting the following-

"forty-two",

3. Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2)-

(a) by deleting "cancelled" and substituting the following-

"revoked or discharged":

(b) by deleting "cancellation" and substituting the following-

"revocation or discharge”.
