An Ordinance further to amend the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Clinics Short title (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1966,

(2) Section 3 shall not come into operation until the 1st day of of section 3. January, 1967.

2. Section 2 of the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion, in of section 2. paragraphs (5) and (c) of the definition "clinic", of the word "any" where 07 of 1963). it appears before the word "language" and the substitution in each case of the following-

Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment deletion, in paragraph (a) of subsection (1), of "December" and the of section 6. substitution of the following-
