An Ordinance further to amend the Urban Council Ordinance 1955,
and to make related amendments to other enactments.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amend- Short title ment) Ordinance 1966, and shall come into operation on the 15th day and com- of May 1966.

Section 2 of the Urban Council Ordinance 1955 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion, in of section 2. the appropriate place in the alphabetical order having regard to the 14 of 1955), initial letter of each of them, of the following new definitions-
"last previous final register" means the final register last published pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 19, and for the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that, until the publication as aforesaid
