An Ordinance to amend the Grantham Scholarships Fund Ordinance

1955.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Grantham Scholarships Short die. Fund (Amendment) Ordinance 1966.

2. Section 10 of the Grantham Scholarships Fund Ordinance 1955 Repeal and (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replacement replaced by the following-

10. (1) The trustee shall cause proper accounts to be kept of all transactions of the fund and shall cause to be prepared for every period of twelve months ending on the 31st day of August in each year a statement of the accounts of the fund, which statement shall include an income and expenditure account and balance sheet and shall be signed by the trustee.
