An Ordinance further to amend the Dentists Registration Ordinance

1959.

[1st April, 1966.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dentists Registration Short uitle (Amendment) Ordinance 1966.

2. Section 4 of the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1959 (herein- Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of section 4. of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) and the substitution therefor of the (29 of 1959), following-

"(6) a government dental specialist appointed by the Director;".

3. Section 31 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment deletion, in subsection (3), of "the Government Senior Dental Specialist” of section 3L and the substitution therefor of the following-

"a government dental specialist appointed by the Director for that purpose".
