Subsection (2) of section 4 is amended by the deletion of the words "award of the scholarship" and the substitution therefor of the words "taking their respective examinations",

Section 23 is amended by-

(a) the deletion of subsection (6) and the substitution therefor of the following-

"(6) Without prejudice to any other remedy of the Building Authority for the recovery of such cost, the same may be recovered as a debt due to the Crown."; (6) the deletion of subsection (9).

Section 15 is amended by the deletion of subsection (6) and the substitution therefor of the following-

"(6) Without prejudice to any other remedy of the Director of Public Works for the recovery of such cost the same may be recovered as a debt due to the Crown.".

Section 9 is amended by the deletion of the words "member of a corporation" and "member" wherever they occur and the substitution therefor of the word "trustee“.
